  • Our favourite part of the house was how we designed it as our own urban sanctuary and hosting space. We designed it so it feels like our very own spa hotel family retreat.
  • Opening up the bifold doors and having the indoor/outdoor space feels like it doubles the size of the home.
  • Sitting, hanging out, eating on the back deck is one of our favourite things to do. It is especially magical to be out there when it’s raining, and you’re sitting so cozy by the gas firepit watching and listening to the rainfall. We also love watching the snow fall out there all cozied up with the heaters on.
  • We love the fact that you have a full view of the backyard from everywhere on the main floor. The kids can play outside while I prepare a meal without taking my eyes off them.
  • We adore our principal bedroom! It is the ultimate retreat! We feel like we’re coming home to a luxe hotel suite every night. The deck off the principal bedroom feels like you’re sitting in a treehouse and the perfect place to breathe in the morning or relax at the end of the night.
  • Hosting in this house is perfection! We’ve hosted small dinner parties and large bridal/baby showers for our friends and it is such a perfect house for it.
  • The location is amazing. We love being able to walk our kids to school, walk to the local ice cream store and cafes and walk to multiple parks. Also, being able to walk to some of the city’s best restaurants! Annette Food Market, Nodo, Playa Cabana Cantina, Indie Alehouse, The Good Neighbour. All within a 15-minute walk.
  • Our neighbours are super nice, a very friendly, quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. The sweet girls who live next door even babysit my kids regularly.
